Full Job Description
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as, but not limited to, personal hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, and light housework.
- Run errands and accompany client's to appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
- Follow personalized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with health and safety protocols.
- Accurately document daily activities and any changes in clients' conditions.
- Encourage residents to participate in social activities to support their mental and emotional well-being.
