Full Job Description

To provide high-quality, compassionate care and support to vulnerable adults in the comfort and safety of their own homes. At Oath Healthcare, we prioritise dignity, independence and person-centred care ensuring clients' needs are met with professionalism and respect., To assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
To Provide toileting and continence support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
Prepare and serve meals according to the client's dietary requirements and preferences.
Carry out light domestic tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and shopping to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.
To support clients with mobility, including safe use of equipment.
Safely administer or prompt medication as per care plans and training.
Accompany clients to appointments, social activities or outings as needed.
Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with regulatory requirements.
Adhere to Oath Healthcare Ltd's policies on Safeguarding, Confidentiality, Health & Safety and Infection Control.
Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

Should be a compassionate, empathetic, and respectful approach to care.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.
Reliable, professional, and adaptable to clients needs.
Qualifications:
Preferably NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake training., A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between client locations(if applicable).

Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday cover based on clients' needs.
