  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care.
  • Provide personal care to residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
  • Administer medication safely and efficiently.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and your colleagues.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure residents' needs are always met.

While an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, we value passion, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents. If you bring dedication, leadership, and a positive attitude, we'll provide the tools and training to help you grow.

At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we are incredibly proud to have been named Carehome Group of the Year 2024. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional, relationship-centred care and creating environments where residents can live each day to the fullest.
  • As a family-run provider since 1997, we've built a reputation for delivering outstanding care in supportive and inclusive communities across England and Wales. Our team members are our greatest asset, and we invest in their growth and development to help them thrive and achieve their career aspirations.

At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, your contributions are celebrated, and your career aspirations are supported every step of the way. Here's what we offer:
