What the role entails… As a care assistant, your role will involve providing compassionate care for elderly individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Home help and light housekeeping.
  • Companionship.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Personal care.
  • Shopping and errands.
  • Going out for hospital appointments, social outings, and more.

  • What makes you a great fit?
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential. You'll also need Business Class 1 insurance for your vehicle.
  • Availability to work at least 4 consecutive days per week, including alternate weekends. Shift patterns available include:
  • 08:00 - 14:00
  • 08:00 - 16:00
  • 16:00 - 22:00

  • Please note that we currently have no sponsorship opportunities. All candidates must have a right to work in the UK.

    An enhanced pay rate of £12.60 per hour (as of April 1st).
  • Double time payment during bank holidays and Christmas day.
  • Paid travel time and mileage.
  • Enhanced DBS is reimbursed after 12 weeks of your employment.
  • Paid training.
  • A chance to be enrolled in Level 1 & 2 Health and Social Care qualification after successfully completing your probation.
