We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join the team at Fern Brook Lodge, our newly refurbished residential care home, which is a hub for the community in Gillingham and the surrounding villages of North Dorset.

What you will be doing:

- Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
- Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
- Administration of medication to residents
- Liaising with external medical professionals and resident's families
- Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

Who are we looking for:

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents - you'll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You'll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
