  • To support and where appropriate, contextualise and/or 'signpost' Functional Skills in the curriculum (inexperienced staff will be given training and support).
  • To actively develop new technology in teaching, learning and assessment.
  • To provide assignment and assessment material appropriate to each specific programme.
  • TARGETED RETENTION INCENTIVE PAYMENTS FOR FE TEACHERS

    To become a Carpentry Lecturer in our Construction department, we need someone who is passionate about teaching, skilled in carpentry, and has industry experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students are essential. The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities. We have a variety of students from the surrounding area, we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college. Our departments collaborate to establish and uphold the inclusive HoW culture, we keep this in mind as we manage interactions with the public, fellow employees, and nearby schools. Although this position is centred on our Malvern campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required., Chemistry Computing, Including Digital and ICT Early Years Engineering And Manufacturing, Including Transport Engineering and Electronics Maths Physics You could be financially rewarded as a part of the targeted retention incentive payments for FE teachers scheme.
