Job Description

National Care Group are currently recruiting for a Full Time Cashbook Controller to join our team. Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily uploads of transactions from bank accounts to the accounting system


• Allocate receipts and payments to debtors and creditor balances


• Perform and maintain monthly reconciliations between the bank accounts and the accounting system


• Maintain the Group bank accounts through intercompany transfers to ensure adequate funds held


• Maintain the Group petty cash software administration through management of users and limits


• Reconcile and post monthly Group credit card returns


• Posting of daily figures into Group cash forecasts for review

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong IT skills including ability to work with Business and Microsoft applications


• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions


• Able to work as part of a team and alone
