Casual Banqueting Bartender

The Banqueting Casual Bartender will prepare and mix drinks at the Rotunda bar, and serve food and beverage in line with the department standards. Provide an excellent level of customer service at the bar and restaurant. Work in line with the Weights and Measures Act and the Licensing Law. In conjunction with the Banquet Operations Managers -assist and oversee the smooth running of events bar, in line with Four Seasons' standards and procedures.
