Casual Hire a Canoe Assistant

As a Casual Hire a Canoe Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a fantastic experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and safety equipment.
• Greeting customers with a warm welcome and providing friendly, knowledgeable advice.
• Giving safety briefings and demonstrating paddling techniques.
• Assisting with customer bookings, handling payments, and keeping accurate records.
• Supporting groups on the water when needed, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Helping with general maintenance and tidiness at our hire locations.

• A positive, can-do attitude with great communication skills.
• A passion for the outdoors and excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Experience in handling cash and card payments
