Catering Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Colne Community School for a Catering Assistant to join our Catering Team., Our school is a community in which we believe everyone, students and staff alike, should have the opportunity to be nourished and grow. Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and reliable member of staff to enrich the skills and experience already present in our Catering Team. We have a new teaching block consisting of 8 new classrooms and 4 specialist Design and Technology rooms fully equipped. A further large scale internal refurbishment took place over the 2022/23 academic year which has further improved our school environment for all. This role is 5.5 hours per week (9am - 2:30pm, day TBC), 38 weeks per year (term time only) + 1 non-pupil/INSET day. • The preparation and simple cooking of food and beverages.
• Serving customers.
