This is an exciting new role which has been developed to initiate, deliver, coordinate and evaluate the work of the Archdiocese relating to social justice and environmental issues working closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

Department for Pastoral Development aims to contribute to the implementation of the new archdiocesan Pastoral Plan, which is the fruit of Synod 2020.
The post holder will work collaboratively with both clergy and lay people. He or she will liaise with individuals and groups within the archdiocesan structures (parishes, deaneries, colleagues in the Central Office, etc.) and outside them (civic and charitable organisations, bodies, and networks).
