Full Job Description

Central Manchester Talking Therapies Service are currently seeking a CBT Therapist, to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for someone with CBT experience who is looking to deliver high quality CBT and develop through regular supervision, CPD and a range of training opportunities to support career progression.
We are one of the national Talking Therapies services delivering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions, through a stepped care treatment model to people in the community with common mental health problems.
The role will include delivering both face to face and remote appointments. We are a Step 3 and Step 3+ service and work closely with other services in the Manchester Area., The responsibilities within the role include, but are not limited to:
+ To formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes across a range of complex problems with which clients present
+ To exercise autonomous professional responsibility for the assessment and treatment of clients in line with the service
+ Provide supervision to other staff involved in the provision of psychological services including day supervision
