Contract type: Permanent Hours of work: Part time 10 hours per week, over 33 weeks Salary: £10,000 - £12,000 per annum Anticipated start date: September 2025 Closing date: 18th March 2025 Interviews Expected: Shortly after closing Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real impact on pupils' well-being? Stowe School is looking for a qualified CBT Therapist to join our pastoral team, helping pupils navigate emotional and mental health challenges to reach their full potential. The role will Include:

  • Providing 1:1 CBT therapy to support Pupils' mental health
  • Conducting assessments & creating treatment plans
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and School staff
  • Delivering workshops on resilience, anxiety, and emotional well-being
  • Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding standards are met
  • We are looking for:
  • Accredited CBT Therapist (BABCP or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children & adolescents
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding protocols in schools
  • Passion for creating a supportive school environment
