Central Information Service Administrator
ROLE DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Central Information Services Team (CIS), at Newcastle College.
We are seeking to appoint a Full Time, Permanent, Curriculum Administrator (37 hrs per week) to work at our Rail Academy, Felling.
Summary of main purpose of role:
- To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to internal and external customers as part of the cross college administration team, including reception duties.
- To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively implemented within the role.
- To deliver exceptional customer service and to support a high-quality service delivery, whilst maintaining compliance within a very busy environment.
- An understanding of educational systems and processes would be beneficial.
