We are looking for a support worker who has experience with both Cerebral Palsy & Brain Injury., The Cerebral Palsy Support Worker will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
