Full Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional, talented individual who is results driven with the right skills, qualities, and proven track record to achieve the positive outcomes our customers and colleagues deserve.
You will work with the Asset Management and IT team to lead the implementation of a new Asset Management IT system.
You will deliver the outcomes aligned with the programme plan, budget and scope.
You will organise the team to review processes, conduct regular project meetings, and maintain the project governance processes in place.
You will work with the communications team and ensure a communication plan is delivered alongside business change.
You will drive, inspire, and engage people to fulfil their potential and enjoy being part of Bernicia's shared vision.
You will ensure colleagues are suitably trained for the changes implemented.
You will seek out opportunities to continuously improve services to meet challenging targets, help take us to the next level of delivering a great customer experience and be at the forefront of working with local and regional partners and stakeholders.

a track record of a collaborative approach working with a wide range of teams
