Full Job Description
Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented marketer to take on the role of Channel Marketing Manager focused on Amazon. This exciting and important role will be responsible for leading our Amazon retail channel marketing activities for Meta hardware. The role will report into the Channel Marketing Lead in London. The Meta team is developing the future of mixed reality and wearables, bringing products to consumers that transform entertainment and social experiences. The Channel Marketing Team at Meta is tasked with growing consumer adoption of Meta hardware technology, working with retail partners to develop these new exciting categories. The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and implement online campaigns/programs, review performance, manage our Amazon store presence, partner with Sales teams, whilst continuously enhancing our tools and processes to meet our objectives. Channel Marketing Manager, Amazon Europe Responsibilities
- Manage online presence to create best in class consumer shopping experiences on Amazon sites
- Create retail marketing programs to drive sales of Meta products such as bundles, promotions, seasonal campaigns
- Work in close conjunction with the sales team and drive the day-to-day execution of all retail marketing activities

- Create the annual marketing plan to deliver on agreed goals
- Plan, track and optimise co-marketing budgets
- Brief creative teams and manage marketing brand assets with our creative team, executing/delivering those brand assets to our retail partners
- Measure and optimize marketing programs (physical and digital) to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals e.g. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)
- Support the Sales and Channel team to build effective retail partnerships and support them with operational needs around retail programmes
- Provide analysis of the Amazon retail landscape trends and themes, competitors, and other relevant information to support development of marketing strategies and campaigns
5+ years in marketing role, with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, ideally with post-graduate business/marketing qualification.
- Expert in online retail and the analytics and tools to maximise online sales
- Experience using Amazon vendor tools
- A proven track record in leading successful retail marketing programmes and go to market planning and execution across online retail channels
- Experience working on bundles, promotions, seasonal campaigns such as Amazon Prime Day
- Advanced analytical skills, with an understanding of how retailers measure and manage their businesses
- Experience in planning and managing significant marketing budgets
- Clear understanding of the retail landscape in Europe and direct experience working with Amazon on consumer electronics
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to clearly convey complex ideas in a concise manner. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of business principles, attention to detail, and alignment with Meta's values.
- In-depth understanding of the CE consumer in particular gamers, early adopters and an advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies.
