Full Job Description

We're excited to be looking for a Channel Merchandising Assistant to join our Monsoon team. We are looking for an individual with an analytical mindset who has an interest in Fashion and Retail. You will be working within a team of Merchandisers to support the efficient running of the concessions department. What will you do as a Channel Merchandising Assistant?

  • Weekly communication with concession partners to ensure lines are going live in a timely fashion.
  • Delivering all product elements / enrichment data for new season launch and subsequent monthly inputs in accordance with the critical path, highlighting any issues that will delay product launch.
  • Liaise with studio team to ensure all images are in the correct format and shared with the concession partner ahead of product launch
  • Ensures all concession reporting is accurately maintained (using excel and MS), produced and circulated on a weekly basis.
  • Support with stock availability by assisting the team with allocations to support the product plans and customer demand.
  • Reviewing concessions websites and working with partners to ensure products are displayed in the optimum way etc, testing filters and shopper experience and highlighting suggested changes to your line manager.
  • Work with other functions in the business to ensure the end to end process of getting products live is as seamless as possible.
  • Liaise with concession partner and buying/merchandising/marketing teams to provide samples and images to support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring that promo and MD prices are live on concession websites where agreed.
  • UK and International store administrative support when needed, to ensure the smooth running of the department. This is to include:
  • Loading international markdowns
  • Maintaining Fashion Finder product attribution
  • Adding/removing stores from grading
  • Loading store allocations

    Interest in working within fashion retail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload

  • Strong administration & analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of Excel

  • Self-motivated & enthusiastic
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Confident and articulate communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to deliver to tight timescales and work under pressure
