Charge Nurse Opportunity - Be a Leader in Mental Health Care!

As a Charge Nurse, you will provide senior nursing leadership to the ward team, supporting the Ward Manager and Hospital Director. You'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care for males with complex mental health needs, serious mental illnesses, and challenging behaviors, aiming to maximize independence and reintegrate individuals into the community.,

• Lead, motivate, and support the nursing staff, serving as a role model and demonstrating core values.


• Participate in direct patient care, working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.


• Deputize in the absence of the Ward Manager.


• Maintain high-quality nursing care and be adaptable to the changing needs of the service.


• Supervise other staff nurses, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment.
  
  We are looking for a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills and relevant clinical experience, including:


• Active NMC PIN


• Mentorship Qualification (preferred)


• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire others


• A genuine passion for quality service delivery and improvement


• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in completing audits


• Experience in inpatient mental health settings
