Full Job Description

This role is for an experienced Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate the nursing team at the Gateway Recovery Centre, providing high-quality care and support to people with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations., As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering nursing care, coordinating the work of the nursing team, and liaising with other healthcare professionals. You will delegate tasks, monitor service users' conditions, provide guidance and support to your team, and make critical decisions regarding staffing and resource allocation. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and make a real difference to the lives of those in your care.
