You'll Fit Right Inn

As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you'll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You'll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.

Under the leadership of founder Keith Liddell, this single inn soon grew to include The Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses, The Hog's Head Inn in Alnwick, and The King's Head Inn in Newton-under-Roseberry. These early expansions laid the foundation for what has become a multi-award-winning hospitality group, now led by CEO Sean Donkin.

Today, The Inn Collection Group includes 32 unique inns across Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham, North Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, and North Wales. Since 2018, we have grown rapidly, acquiring stunning properties in some of the most breathtaking locations across the region.

Originally based in Northumberland, our central support hub relocated to Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2022. Despite this growth, The Inn Collection Group remains deeply rooted in the North, proudly celebrating its heritage and connection to the region.
