With a strong reputation for reliability, cutting-edge technology, and an unwavering commitment to safety, they are entering their next phase of growth and are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the charge. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a growth-driven executive who has first-hand experience of scaling a business and understands the challenges that come with it. As CRO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales, marketing, and customer success strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to remove obstacles, refine processes, and deliver measurable results.,
- Develop and execute a clear growth strategy, identifying scalable sales and marketing tactics to unlock new opportunities.
- Lead by example, working directly with sales teams and key accounts to drive deals and partnerships.
- Use data-driven insights to refine pricing models, customer acquisition strategies, and market positioning.
- Identify untapped markets, strategic partnerships, and product innovations to expand market share.
- Build and enhance customer relationships, ensuring high retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Align sales, marketing, and operations to create an efficient and sustainable revenue engine.
Proven experience scaling a business, ideally within fire safety, construction technology, or industrial solutions. - A track record of driving revenue growth, navigating challenges, and overcoming the pains of scaling up.
- A hands-on leader who actively engages with teams and customers, not just from the boardroom.
- Strong expertise in B2B sales strategy, marketing alignment, and revenue forecasting.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- A growth-focused, entrepreneurial mentality with a drive for execution.
Competitive salary of £125,000 - £135,000 per annum. - Performance-based bonus and long-term incentive plan.
