Full Job Description
- Keeping the young person safe
- Engaging with the young person on an emotional level
- Ensuring the young person sees to their personal care
- Taking the young person out on activities and fun days out
- Taking the young person to meetings, school, appointments etc
- Cooking for the young person
- Keeping the home clean and tidy
- Attending staff meetings
We are looking for Crisis Support Workers who ideally have previous experience of working with challenging children and young people, but this is not essential! We also provide all relevant training, free of charge. If you don't have previous experience but have the qualities we are looking for, then we'd love you to apply… Requirements You will need to have: - Flexibility in your working life
- A driving license with your own vehicle, and willingness to obtain Motor Vehicle Business Insurance
- A clear DBS
