Your role will be to play a key part of our engineering team in delivering high quality design projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with our clients to influence the development of infrastructure scheme's in the region. Do you have a passion for infrastructure design? Are you up for the challenge of designing infrastructure which has social value and responds creatively to the needs of people, places and the environment?, You'll be an MEng/BEng qualified and working towards Chartership. You will be focused of achieving coordinated solutions, a tactical thinker and effective at communicating with both internal and external parties (for example utility companies, drainage authorities, highway authorities).

Ideally, you will have expertise in highway and drainage infrastructure design to deliver multi-disciplinary projects for the entire lifecycle - from concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery. You will have a proven record of delivering projects closely with clients across technical disciplines and experience of mentoring and managing the workload of junior team members. Skills with Civils 3D, MicroDrainage and utility coordination are advantageous.

Your passion and experience of delivering quality infrastructure design solutions and managing of processes with regulators and local authorities is most crucial to your success in this role.
