Class 1 (C+E) V60 Driver

Critical purpose of role:

• To ensure fleet compliance and health and safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved
• To adhere to EU Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations
Main responsibilities:
• Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding delivery service and safety at the workplace.
• Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your transport office team., Applicants for this role who are offered employment will be subject to a basic criminal record check from the Disclosure & Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed. However, a criminal record will not necessarily disqualify a candidate. Each case will be assessed individually, taking into account the nature of the offence and its relevance to the role applied for.
  
  Relevant qualifications & experience:
• Mandatory: More than 1-year experience in HGV driving
• Mandatory: Hold a valid C+E license with no more than 6 penalty points
• Mandatory: Holds an up to date Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Desired: Good geographical knowledge of the UK
