Full Job Description
The successful HLTA will be expected to cover and lead class teaching across the school and Nursery when appropriate, directing the work, where relevant, of other adults in supporting learning. They will undertake any other relevant duties given by the class teacher and school leaders and will contribute to the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum - a curriculum grounded in assessment for learning to drive progress and raise standards for all learners.
