Full Job Description

  • A friendly and supportive team - every teacher has completed their induction at our school

  • Opportunities to grow and experience a 'full life' in education - including attending residential visits. All teachers run enrichment clubs and there are opportunities further qualification through NPQ programs
  • Wellbeing support - through pastoral care in school including 24 hour virtual GP appointments, wellbeing advice and health checks. Our staff have access to complimentary tea and coffee.
  • An open-door policy - we believe in supporting one another and our classrooms are open to each other.
  • Visits to the school are encouraged and warmly welcomed and can be arranged by the school office Staff are overwhelmingly positive about their support from school leaders. They say their workload is considered and they feel they have a say in school decisions. All staff who took the survey stated they enjoy working at the school.
