Cleaning Team Leader

As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues. In this role, you will be a key part of delivering the day-to-day London campus workplace experience on behalf of our client, Springer Nature. Working cross-shift (afternoon to evening), you will manage the Cleaning service across the 100,000 sqft campus. This includes Housekeeping, Evening Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning, as well as supply chain management. You will lead a team focused on creating a safe, productive and sustainable workplace experiences. The Role

• Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract
• Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
• Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
• Generate cleaning schedules for your team
• Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
• Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
• Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
• Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
