We have a small number of fixed term contract opportunities for a Clearance and Cleaning Operative to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division, covering the Merseyside/Manchester area. Working for a Housing Association can be extremely rewarding, and we are lucky to have a hugely collaborative team of operatives, throughout all Trade professions, who work together to ensure that our customers are safe and warm in their homes. What will my working week look like? This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will live within the Northwest to be able to cover the Northwest Area . You will also need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.   • Undertake property clearance & Void cleaning work.
  • Low maintenance gardening works
  • Experience of delivering services in a customer focused environment
  • Be passionate about going the extra mile to provide an outstanding customer service.

    You will have a full UK Driving License (ideally no more than 6 points)
  • Knowledge of the Environmental cleaning sectors and industry best practice
  • Basic health and safety knowledge in a repair's environment
