Full Job Description
Join Our Team as a Part-Time Clerical Officer at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust This role involves various administrative tasks, including patient reception duties and the management of incoming and outgoing post. Additionally, you will assist the booking office by inputting referrals into the radiology systems and performing administrative duties as required which occasionally may include transcribing radiological reports. This position requires the post holder to work across all sites within the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, with a primary focus at Stamford Hospital.
- Work on the Imaging reception desk as needed to cover the rota.
- Assist the booking office with inputting referrals into radiology systems and performing daily administrative tasks.
- Receive and direct patients within the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
- Send urgent radiology reports via SecureEmail, adhering to Caldecott protocol and maintaining accurate logs of this activity.
