We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Natural Resources team, focusing on both established Natural Resources technologies but also on Energy Transition opportunities such as CC(U)S and Hydrogen. The team sits within Aon's Global Broking Centre, which is our speciality broking practice focusing on the London international insurance market.   • Client and market-facing duties managing renewal/new business management from strategy ideation to market execution
  • Working closely with global energy, power and renewables colleagues
  • Working on renewal and new business (wholesale/retail)
  • Opportunity for travel
  • We will rely on you to Contribute to the growth of the portfolio by servicing a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business Client/network management:
  • Relationship development/management
  • Participate in renewal strategy meetings (RSMs)
  • Participate in London/international client market roadshows
  • Obtain quotes, present terms to client and bind coverageDeliver excellent client service to direct or Aon network clients Work with Aon CC(U)S and Hydrogen leaders to develop and service Energy Transition opportunities Utilise client template emails
  • Support tenders/RFPs
  • Market execution:
  • Proactively handle market relationships and support our broking strategy
  • Provide full reviews of the risks proposed, including preparation of underwriting presentations
  • Negotiation with underwriters, face-to-face and electronically
  • Quote and place business within the London market, including facilities
  • General administration:
  • File maintenance and management, including marketing sheets
  • Document/MRC/MRCe review and completion
  • The use of PPL and other London market / Aon proprietary systems
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of required training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.
