Step into an exciting opportunity as a Client Solutions Manager with Publicis Groupe. This role focuses on managing and implementing Publicis' cutting-edge Growth OS Tool, empowering agency teams across the globe to streamline their processes. You will oversee the transition to the platform's new version and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This position offers high visibility as it will be supporting across major global initiatives for 2025, collaborating with top media talent and agency partners.,

  • Oversee the deployment and transition of the Growth OS Tool across internal teams.
  • Manage the process of mapping and transitioning to the latest version of the tool.
  • Focus on developing and rolling out customisation of the tools for high-priority clients and accelerate adoption.
  • Lead onboarding and training for Publicis teams on platform capabilities.
  • Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and major issue resolution.
  • Work closely with the client teams, overseeing platform usage for campaign planning and activation.

    Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Media Planning, Global Client Management, or Local Market Management.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with specific user cases.
  • Familiarity with the media landscape and emerging digital trends.
  • Ability to learn fast, adapt processes, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Experience with platform integration, process design, and customizing solutions for clients.
  • Strong skills in merging existing processes with platform functionalities.
