The role of a Clinical Lead Nursewithin the Nursing Home involves:

  • Providing management and leadership to the Nursing and Care team
  • Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
  • Carrying out assessments and evaluations
  • Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
  • Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in recode keeping, documentation and health and safety
  • Mentoring junior member of staff
  • Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager

  • Clear DBS
  • Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices and CQC regulations
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.

    This beautiful Neurological Rehabilitation Centre is a purpose-built facility set on a 3.5-acre plot surrounded by mature woodlands and well-maintained grounds. The service has 27 ensuite bedrooms. 20 of our rooms have ceiling tracking hoists from the bedroom to the en-suite.
