We are looking for a prescriber with excellent communication skills who can establish themselves in the role of Practice-based pharmacy. We have 12 GP Partners and two Salaried GPs, supported by a range of Allied Health Professionals and Practice Nursing team. We also have a dedicated team of Frailty Nurses, and Nursing Home Advanced Nursing Practitioners to help manage our elderly and housebound patients. Our admin/management support includes a Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, IT Support and HR Lead.
