You will retain an appropriate case holding and be responsible all aspects of running those cases from evidence gathering, instructing counsel and taking an active role in conferences with counsel and experts, JSMs/ADR and progressing cases to trial, including split trials where appropriate, in addition to profit costs forecasting and liaising with our in house costs team on costs recovery.
