Clinical Nurse Palliative Care

An exciting opportunity for a new band 6 Clinical nurse to join our team of nurses within Specialist Palliative care within Y Bwthyn Newydd , Bridgend. A robust induction , education and nurturing awaits the successful candidate with a keen interest in palliative care and wishing to extend their career further. You will need to be a car driver and access to a vehicle is essential for this post.

We are seeking an individual who had good organisational skills and someone who works well within a team and also independently to care for patients and families with specialist palliative care needs.

Working as a member of a MDT it is essential to support patients and signpost to other services as required. Ensuring gold standards of care are delivered - the post holder will be delegated duties from the Band 7/ Senior Nurse for the service.
