Do you have experience working with young people with Eating disorders?Are you looking to enhance your skills and work within a supportive and experienced team?
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist within the team with the possibility of a preceptorship (please contact us to discuss further). You will be part of our Swindon Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The service is designed to provide young people and families with expert help. You will have a particular focus around providing psychology input into our Specialist Eating Disorder Service (TEDS) and you will also be part of the wider multi-disciplinary CAMHS service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and resourceful individual who is committed to supporting developing services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and a keenness to be part of a busy and vibrant pathway.
You can expect a comprehensive induction programme, including a range of shadowing opportunities to fully support you in the role, ongoing in-house training and opportunities to attend external trainings. The team fully supports and delivers regular managerial, professional, peer, clinical, and safeguarding supervision to build upon confidence, competence, and commitment to developing self and the role., You will be joining the Getting More Help Pathway within Swindon, a rapidly evolving service which is committed to adapting to meet diverse and challenging demands and to maintaining high quality specialist assessment and intervention whilst being mindful of throughput, innovation and efficiencies.
This is an exciting post and would suit someone who has experience in working with people with an Eating Disorder and someone who is keen to develop wider skills working with young people with a wide range of mental health needs.
