Full Job Description

You will be required to work collaboratively and independently, with supervision within our service. Intensive Community Support is one of the pathways you will be involved in, visiting patients in their homes supporting them during meal / snack times as well as accompanying them on shopping trips and exposure to eating out. Training and supervision will be given. You will facilitate 'well being' calls to patients and will have a role in supporting our Occupational therapists.

We are currently looking to recruit a keen, enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our Norfolk Community Adult Eating Disorder service, based within the grounds of Meridian Business park, in the vibrant City of Norwich. It is a very exciting time to join our service, with plans in place to develop our excellent staff team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our service for those suffering from eating disorders., There will be the opportunity to develop in your role, enabling you to practice a range of core mental health skills and a good knowledge of eating disorders. Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence
