Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Out Of Hospital Care Collaborative (OOHCC) Division. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 CSW who will be a part of our forthcoming service rebranding from the Continence Service to the "Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service".

The successful candidate will be helping to deliver holistic health promotion to patients experiencing bladder and bowel problems in both the Individual and residential homes as well as providing advice & support to our community teams and will be based at Heathcote House, Royal Leamington Spa Rehabilitation Hospital.

This role is for 37.5 hours with the flexibility and autonomy to work as part a dynamic team delivering high quality patient care and continence advice across the county to our patients, relatives and other health professionals., The Band 3 Clinical Support Worker will work as part of the community Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service to undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties as delegated to them by the Bladder and Bowel nurse Specialist under their direction but not direct supervision of the registered staff and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high-quality healthcare, supporting the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate patient care in the patients home, Residential homes or a clinic room setting.
