Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary Surgeon with good listening skills, excellent time management skills and a passion for veterinary nurse training to join our Veterinary Nursing team; do you have what it takes?

The role is for a 0.6 contract, fixed term for 6 months subject to review.

Can you help support the next generation of Veterinary Nurses to achieve excellence in their workplaces?

As a Clinical Tutor, you will work closely with the Veterinary Nursing Centre Co-ordinator and Course Tutors to support the progression of our Level 3 Diploma Veterinary Nursing students towards their registration as a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse at the end of their studies. You will be involved in approving and signing up new and existing practices, supporting our practices and their Clinical Coaches, as we all work together to ensure the success of our students, with your focus being the students' practical skills development and quality assurance of their Clinical Skills Logs (CSLs).

Training will be provided to achieve an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and Health and Safety and wellbeing (Haswel) qualification as required.

Location of role

This role will be based at our Preston campus, however you will be required to travel to a range of practices all over the UK to support your allocated students.
