Reporting to the UK Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, your role involves driving incremental revenue for UK hotels in alignment with budget and strategic goals, with a focus on closing MICE sales.

• Consistently achieve monthly activity targets for leads, calls, and appointments, and demonstrate tangible results from these activities.
• Increase revenue and achieve targeted growth by building relationships and understanding the needs of existing clients.
• Identify innovative methods to generate new sales leads and implement a structured follow-up plan.
• Collaborate closely with the UK portfolio of hotels within the cluster to align rate plans and pricing strategies.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the brands you represent, including Marriott and SLH.
• Assist the Director of Sales in developing inbound international business from key markets and global strategic accounts.
