Full Job Description

Accountable for generating a Wk1 - Wk12 schedule for all externally supplied products (co-pack and bought-in) along with supporting the re-pack operation to satisfy customer demand and maximise production & logistics efficiencies. Maximise levels of customer service performance whilst controlling levels of Inventory and write off across the network and the full P2P process across all areas (bought-in, co-pack and co-man). Support in the management of co-manufacture customers ensuring a high level of service is provided.,

  • To schedule all contact pack, bought-in and re-pack operations based on defined planning rules and governance which ensures optimized production / delivery plans and stock levels to achieve customer demand, considering financial impacts.

  • Implementation & maintenance of the network replenishment process, using SAP, to include plan generation on MRP and the creation of manual purchase requisitions when required. Generation of purchase orders for vendors in SAP or Ariba and booking of loads in 3rd party haulier portals. Ensure all relevant master data is correct to support effective system replenishment.

  • Optimize our stock holding on contract pack to achieve COGS and working capital targets whilst improving customer service levels. Take full accountability for inventory management of Bought In goods.

  • Act as point of contact for co-manufacture customers, facilitating the resolution of issues to ensure high standard of service delivery.

  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Hold suppliers and service providers accountable for conformance to plan, monitoring their performance against key KPI's. Hold Customer Collaboration to account for demand stability. Review and challenge demand to limit short notice changes to production / sourcing plans, whilst maintaining control of both stock & service. Hold Materials Planners accountable for cost effective supply of materials to co-packers, minimizing material write-off.

  • FMCG Experience, including Beer Planning & Scheduling or bought-in experience


  • Strong knowledge of supply chains; logistics, production process and system knowledge.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders at all levels of the business

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • An ability to effectively interact and impact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management.

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Proven track record of holding others to account for performance

  • Extremely High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • SAP system knowledge & experience
