Full Job Description
- Deliver Professional and Ethical care to patients
- Provide specialist stoma, bladder and bowel care clinic reviews
- Undertake an Appliance Use Review (AUR) on each clinical consultation as per company and DoH Guidelines
- Provide Home visits
- Effectively and efficiently plan, manage and organise caseload and time
- Communicate effectively and provide feedback to patients / carers and referring Healthcare professional
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with Company, Legal and Professional requirements
- Instigate working practices to ensure collaborative working between different stakeholders e.g. acute and community health care teams
- Generate and maintain effective working relationships with health care professionals across the Region
- Deliver educational support to fellow health care professionals
- Undertake service audit/evaluation activities

This role covers the following areas: South Yorkshire, North Lincs, and Nottingham. We are looking for a nurse to join our experienced team. The nurse needs to be able to work as an independent practitioner, be self-motivated and have a Winning mindset. They need to be a strategic thinker who wants to build on their commercial awareness and skill., - RGN, Nursing Degree
- Preferably with Bowel/Bladder or stoma care experience
- Sound interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Teaching experience
- IT proficiency
- Urology, bowel or stoma care experience desirable
