Commercial Delivery Manager

You will lead commercial management for Planned Works, Developer Services, and Mains Laying within the Repair and Developer Services Alliance. You will manage a team, implement commercial strategies, handle risk management, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Here are some of the activities you will be involved with…

• Implement a Commercial Strategy aligned with Anglian Water's goals.
• Maintain high commercial integrity and financial assurance.
• Provide clear and timely reports on contracts and commercial status.
• Follow Anglian Water and alliance governance for legal compliance
• Support and promote dispute resolution and avoidance.
• Seek best practices and process efficiencies in commercial management.
• Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Encourage a culture of commercial challenge for efficiency and performance.

Strong knowledge of NEC3 contracts Previous experience of leading complex teams and processes Full UK driving licence Relevant professional qualification, such as RICS, CIOB, or ICE.
