Full Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Heating Engineer to join the Construction Facility Service to undertake the installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of heating / gas pipework equipment. You will be required to work using your own initiative and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and to specification. This will include submitting full reports of works carried out and works outstanding, including materials. The role will involve working in residential and commercial premises, therefore you will have excellent customer service skills to be able to liaise with clients and tenants directly. To be successful you will hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 in a Plumbing or Heating Qualification alongside COCN1, CIGA1 and Gas Safe Registered. The role will involve driving to sites across the Stockton Borough therefore a full driving licence is essential. The core working hours for the post are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, although weekend working may be required in line with operational needs, therefore flexibility is essential.
