Commercial Manager - Food Service

Our people are the key to our success, the Senior Commercial Manager - Food Service will need strong leadership skills - recruiting and managing remote Business Development Managers, effectively coaching the team to deliver excellence and efficiency. Prima Cheese Limited continually invests in our people the successful candidate will be joining a forward-thinking environment, committed to supporting and developing our teams. The successful candidate will report directly to our Co-CEO's and based in Islington, London, 1/2 days per week, these offices are dedicated to our commercial and marketing activities, with a visit to our Head Office based in Seaham once a month.

Are you a dynamic expert in food service, with proven experience of excellent client relationship management skills within cash & carry, wholesales, food distribution or the food and beverage sector? • Managing a remote team.
• Creation and delivery of improvement strategies.
• Confidently researching, processing, and analysing key data.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and professionally promoting services at trade days.
