As Commercial & Operations Graduate, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping Belron's success. You'll contribute to maintaining our position as the global market leader, whilst ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and service remain at the heart of our technicians' work.What will I be doing? Working in our Commercial or Operations function, you'll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme. In Operations, you may have the opportunity to work alongside our Innovation team or Operational Excellence team. You'll support with reviewing our technical processes and exploring ways we can improve, through embracing cutting-edge technology, improving safety, and maximising efficiency. You may also spend some time supporting directly with frontline operations, gaining an understanding of how we support our technicians to provide excellent customer service every day, and contributing to processes which keep our business running effectively and efficiently. In Commercial, you'll be working closely with our Group and Business Unit Sales teams, contributing to the growth of our key accounts. You'll support with activities such as reviewing pricing strategies, managing our product portfolio, and developing relationships with some of our largest customers.   To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a bachelor's degree in any subject area. You must also have the right to work in the UK for the duration of our programme.
