We are looking for an experienced Solicitor to join the Commercial Property team in our Ross-on-Wye office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience in Commercial Property law looking for a new challenge and an interesting workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing a first-class service to clients through effective handling of client files.
• Managing and overseeing a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant disputes.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Negotiating and draft commercial property contracts, leases and relevant documentation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Collaborating with the commercial team and other teams as necessary.
  
  Minimum of 7 years' PQE experience in commercial property law or substantial experience as a paralegal/legal executive handling commercial property matters.
• Proven experience of managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from start to finish.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver clear practical advice.
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Team player, whose personal ambition is expressed through team achievement.
• A proactive, client-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  
  This is a hybrid position based in our Ross-on-Wye office. There will be an opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the corporate team based at our other offices.
It's a full-time position, 35 hours per week. We will consider applications from candidates looking for part-time positions.
