Full Job Description

Clarke Telecom is seeking a motivated Commercial Support Services - Team Leader. This pivotal role focuses on optimising operations, improving data accuracy, and driving efficiency across our processes to meet Clarke Telecom's high standards for service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the team in managing customer billings, valuations, and cost recovery exercises while contributing to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include line management of the Commercial Support Services team, ensuring appropriate resourcing and training, conducting appraisals, and providing day-to-day guidance. You will coordinate month-end reporting, review cost/value reconciliations (CVRs), and maintain customer rate cards while liaising with internal departments and subcontractors to address issues and ensure compliance with procedures. As the point of contact for client-facing meetings and internal requests, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering accurate reporting and driving positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
A strong background in telecoms commercial roles is essential, along with excellent IT skills, particularly in handling large datasets in Excel. The ideal candidate will be a delivery-focused leader with excellent organisational skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Familiarity with Navision or Sitetracker and previous line management experience are desirable, along with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
