Pinnacle Group is seeking a Communal Cleaner - You will be joining our Facilities Management Team based in Staincliffe Dewsbury WF13 to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of an Extra Care Housing Scheme. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents & visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a 16 hrs per week contract to cover Maternity Leave working Monday to Thursday 1pm - 4.15pm and Friday 1pm - 4pm with Weekly Pay If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.,

• Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
• Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & landings) also office spaces
• Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including windows within easy reach
• Deep & Clinical cleaning as required
  
  Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid down schedules.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
